This project examines the role of social media marketing used by small and medium enterprises in Helsinki, Finland. The primary objective of the study is to research the growth of using social media as an important marketing platform of different SMEs in Helsinki and provide helpful analyses together with recommendations for Meng Loan Oy about implementing social media marketing. The thesis is made up of a theory section and an empirical section that deals with the case company.
