Problems of usage of scientific discipline of documentation’s terminology in legislation of the Russian Federation

Report is about disagreement in usage of scientific discipline of documentation’s terminology in regulation of official record preparation process. Special attention is devoted to evolution of base terms’ definitions, for example, “document” and “official record” which is complicated with active usage of computer-based documents. Author draws a conclusion that usage of appropriate scientific discipline of documentation’s terminology and ensuring monosemanticism of its definition is necessary for accomplishment of uniformity and clarity of documenting procedures.В докладе говорится о несогласованности применения документоведческой терминологии для регламентирования процесса подготовки официальных документов. Особое внимание уделено осложняемой активным использованием электронных документов эволюции трактовок базовых терминов, например, «документ» и «официальный документ». Автор приходит к выводу, что для достижения единообразия и прозрачности процедур документирования необходимо использовать адекватную документоведческую терминологию и обеспечить однозначность ее трактовк
