Instrumentation increasing innovation activity of small industrial enterprises

The paper considers innovation as a form of existence and development of small enterprises. The thesis studied the experience of domestic and foreign researchers in the definition of "innovation" and based on the analysis suggested a refined definition. The factors and problems of innovation activity of small business in Russia and abroad. On the basis of theoretical and practical analysis developed ways of improving the mechanism of increase of innovative activity of small industrial enterprises.В работе рассмотрена инновационная деятельность, как форма существования и развития малых предприятий. В диссертации изучен опыт отечественных и зарубежных исследователей в определении «инновация» и на основе анализа предложено уточненное определение. Выявлены факторы и проблемы инновационной активности малого бизнеса в России и за рубежом. На основе теоретического и практического анализа разработаны направления совершенствования механизма повышения инновационной активности малого промышленного предприятия
