Ceramics based on silicon nitride was obtained by cold isostatic pressing and free sintering. Oxide additives Y2O3-Al2O3-MgO were used. The influence of the magnesium oxide content on some physical properties of investigated ceramic was considered. In particular, it was found that increasing of magnesium oxide content in the initial material to 5 wt. % leads to decreasing of the density (from 2.86 g/cm3 to 2.37 g/cm3), as well as the linear shrinkage (from 16.3 % to 12.1 %) and increasing of the mass loss (from 5.2 % to 8.0 %).Методом холодного изостатического прессования и свободного спекания был получен керамический материал на основе нитрида кремния.
