System Study on Indian Railways and Analysis of Factors Influencing Customer Satisfaction

This project has aimed to study the current status of system of the Indian Railways, understand and highlight the connections which affects the function in making it as the major role player in Indian transportation. The project started with identifying th e need for such a study and then identifies the problems united to it.
