The method of this research is normative law research which is focused on norm of positive law in the form of supporting laws and regulations. This source of this research uses secondary data which consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary law. The result of this research are that police has done the control refers to Article 40 verse (1) Police Principal Regulation Number 8/2012 but the transmission of airsoft gun through online becomes the problem
