This research is motivated by the problem: How to improve the welfare of the people in the province of Papua, especially people in Mimika, What constraints increased prosperity in the province of Papua, especially people in Mimika, How to efforts to overcome the obstacles to increased prosperity in the province of Papua, especially community in Mimika.
