PERSEKONGKOLAN TENDER SECARA VERTIKAL DAN GABUNGAN HORIZONTAL DAN VERTIKAL DI INDONESIA DITINJAU DARI PUTUSAN KOMISI PENGAWAS PERSAINGAN USAHA TAHUN 2013 SAMPAI TAHUN 2014

This thesis entitled "TENDER CONSPIRACY IN VERTICAL AND COMBINED HORIZONTAL AND VERTICAL IN INDONESIA BASED ON DECISIONS OF KPPU YEAR 2013-2014" discusses about two things, first is the fulfillment of the elements of Article 22 of Law No. 5 of 1999 to document the presence or bid rigging or not a vertical type and the combined horizontal and vertical by the Commission in terms of the Commission's Decision in 2013-Year of 2014, saw much the bid rigging tenders related to government-owned which also involves the tender committee, the authors discuss the effectiveness of Act No. 5 of 1999 and Presidential Decree No. 54 Year 2010 jo Presidential Decree No. 4 of 2015 to prevent collusion in tenders. The second is how to position the tender committee in the case of bid rigging. Writing of this use normatif.KPPU law research must satisfy the elements of Article 22 of Law No. 5 of 1999 to prove the existence of bid rigging, Act 5 of 1999 and Presidential Decree No. 54 Year 2010 Juncto Presidential Decree No. 4 2015 has many drawbacks in preventing bid rigging tenders related to government property. The tender committee has the position as reporte
