PERAN KEDAMANGAN DALAM MENYELESAIKAN KONFLIK PEMANFAATAN BUKIT PURUK KAMBANG ANTARA MASYARAKAT HUKUM ADAT SUKU DAYAK SIANG DAN PT. INDO MURO KENCANA (STUDI KASUS DI KABUPATEN MURUNG RAYA PROVINSI KALIMATAN TENGAH)

This thesis title is Role of Kedamangan in Solving Area Utilization Conflict of Bukit Puruk Kambang between Dayak Siang Tribe and PT. Indo Muro Kencana (Case Study in Murung Raya Central Kalimantan Province). The main idea of this research is What Is the Role of Kedamangan in Solving Area Utilization Conflict of Bukit Puruk Kambang between Dayak Siang Tribe and PT. Indo Muro Kencana. This research type is normative legal research. Sources of data in a normative legal research data which is secondary data, consisting of primary legal materials, secondary law and tertiary legal materials. Primary legal materials are rules of law or legislation. Secondary law is a legal opinion obtained from books (literature), journals, research results, articles/papers, websites, and speakers. Tertiary legal materials namely Indonesian dictionary. The method used in analyzing the data is qualitative descriptive. Qualitative description is to analyze the data by exposing a detailed and precise about an issue or phenomenon associated with the problems in the original source to be able to explain this problem to be overcome. Conclusions using inductive reasoning, beginning with the identification of the rule of law specific understood to be drawn a generally conclusion. Kedamangan role in resolving the conflict utilization of the heritage area of Bukit Puruk Kambang between Dayak Siang Customary Law Community with PT. Indo Muro Kencana in accordance with the duties and functions of Damang Chief of Adat Dayak based on customary laws and ordinances settling disputes or conflicts under customary law Dayak Siang. Kedamangan who is led by Damang Customary Head acts as representative of Dayak Siang Tribe customary society (indigeneous people), Damang custom Head play the role as leaders in conducting the customary oath to the PT. Indo Muro Kencana, Kedamangan led by Damang Customary Chief acts as the representative of a community of indigenous Dayak Siang in deliberation, Damang Head of Indigenous customary role as a judge in giving judgment and sanctions against PT. Indo Muro Kencana and Damang Customary Chief role as partners Dayak Customary Council Murung Raya in efforts to resolve the issue a decree Murung Raya No. 118.45 / 358/2013 on Stipulation largest Puruk Kambang as Cultural Heritage Region Murung Raya. Kedamangan also has done its part by Central Kalimantan Provincial Regulation No. 16 Year 2008 on Institutional Dayak in Central Kalimantan
