PELAKSANAAN JAMINAN KETENAGAKERJAAN YANG DISELENGGARAKAN BAGI PEKERJA PT. GALANG PRESS YOGYAKARTA

This thesis entitled "Implementation of the Employment Security organized by the Employment BPJS for workers PT Galang Press Yogyakarta". The purpose of this study was to determine how far the implementation of the Employment Guarantee and the factors that become obstacles in the implementation of Employment Security. This research is an empirical law with a view of law in the real sense and examine how the workings of the legal environment of the community. This research was made directly to the respondents as the primary data are supported by secondary data consists of primary legal materials and secondary law. The data obtained were collected, then analyzed qualitative analysis to identify the rules that the law, legal developments, and social facts in order to obtain an overview of the issues examined. In accordance with the established goals BPJS Employment aligned in Article 15 Paragraph (1) of Law No. 24 of 2011 on the Social Security Agency provides that employers and employees are required to enroll in stages in accordance with the social security BPJS Employment. With a firm rule that the employer is obliged to enroll their employees into BPJS Employment to meet every worker rights, but in reality there are many entrepreneurs who have not fully enroll their workers into the social security scheme administered by the Employment BPJS, such as PT Galang Press Yogyakarta. Based on the analysis and the data obtained, it can be concluded that PT Galang Press Yogyakarta yet fully implementing the Employment Security for Workers organized by BPJS Employment
