PELAKSANAAN PEMBINAAN NARAPIDANA DI LEMBAGA PEMASYARAKATAN KELAS II A WIROGUNAN (STUDI KASUS MARY JANE)

This research purposes to determine whether the provision of the prisoner’s coaching in Wirogunan Penitentiary Class II A is appropriate with the coaching purpose which is contained in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 1995 regarding Penitentiary. Beside, it is also to determine about the coaching procedure that should be donefor the prisoner in Wirogunan Penitentiary Class II A in order to conform with the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 1995 regarding Penitentiary.Population of this research is located in the Wirogunan Penitentiaryon 2015. Data was collected by questionnaire, documentation and observation at Wirogunan Penitentiary. Sources of this research are from Wirogunan Penitentiary, Prisoners, and Officersof the Penitentiary. Based on the analysis, it was foundedthe answer of how is Overview of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 12 Year 1995 regarding Penitentiarywith Prisoner’s Coaching in Wirogunan Penitentiary Class II A there is coaching inmates largely been good , but there are some that still need to be fixed
