ENGLISH: The focus of this research is the development of human resources in the Library of Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang. This study aims to examine the human resource needs in the library based on the workload of library services. Workload analysis and the service quality are used as the research methods. The Workload Analysis is measured using performance indicators in five areas / coordinators in the organizational structure of the library and the service quality use five indicators / dimensions of sevice quality that have been developed from SERVQUAL.
