Placing Emirati nationals in jobs through the Emiratisation policy has become a topic that thoroughly deserves attention. The United Arab Emirates (UAE) government has made this policy a priority. However, due to obstacles related to organisational inefficiencies and failures of leadership in the public and private sectors, the policy has not been implemented to any significant extent.
