The tasks of the research: 1) To determine the diagnostic value of myocardial deformation parameters to predict significant coronary artery stenosis in patients with high probability of CAD. 2) To determine values of left ventricle myocardial deformation parameters, which allows to distinguish significant coronary artery stenosis from non-significant. Methodology of the research: A total of 101 patients, who have high risk for CAD using the Diamond-Forrester criterion. DSE was performed to all patients.
