The goal of the study was to reveal the dependence of nitrogen compound content in milk on feeding of the cows. The researched cows (n=24) were fed with two different diets, i.e. indoor diet and grassland diet. The following milk indicators were researched: milk proteins, milk urea concentration and milk quantity. The obtained results between the urea concentration in milk and protein content in milk have been statistically reliable both in case of feeding with indoor diet and in case of feeding with grassland diet. Furthermore, the obtained results between milk production and urea concentration in milk feeding with both diets have been statistically reliable.
