An examination of 13 samples of canine lymph nodes has been carried out. The lymph nodes were evaluated by histopathological findings. Also the changes of lymph node‘s structural, cell populations and blood cells infiltration were determined. Analysis of examination of microscopical data revealed three groups of lymph node‘s pathologies. Most cases were diagnosed as malignant tumors (46 %), second group was lymph node atrophy (39 %.), third group was reactive lymph nodes (15 %.). Pathomorfological findings suggested presence of T and B cell lymphomas. Most of identified malignant tumors were B cell lymphoma (75 %).
