International organizations, professionals of public health, public administration and other related spheres draw attention to the prevalence of negative acts at work and the related problems of health, economy and human resources management. The researches conducted prove the prevalence of negative acts at health care sector as compared to other sectors. The spread of physical and psychological violence is particularly frequent among nurses. Researches on negative acts at work in Lithuania are in the primary stage.
