Numerous studies have proven that in the majority of cases stretching exercises performed on a particular muscle or muscle group enhances muscle flexibility and therefore reduces the risk of trauma. Athletes, who practice a lot, tend to suffer traumas if they do not perform proper stretching exercises. We put forwards a hypothesis that if a workout is supplemented with certain measures that enhance muscles elasticity, these traumas may be avoided.
