Aim of the study: to research the competence of pharmaceutical companies representatives and satisfaction of their job. Objectives: 1) to analyze the competence of the medical representatives of pharmaceutical companies and their need for professional competence, 2) to research the attitude of employees of the pharmaceutical companies towards the management of their job, 3) to evaluate the satisfaction with the job done in the pharmaceutical companies, 4) to evaluate the links of the evaluation of health of the pharmaceutical companies’ representatives, their encountered stress and the satisfaction with their job.
