Traumatic brain injury - is one of the most complicated problems in newdays medicine. Even using the newest equipment traumatic brain injuries are more frequent and severe. The aim of this study - to assess patients who had severe traumatic brain injury, recovery of motor and mental state through physical therapy, according to coma duration. Methods. The data were taken from department of Brain injuries (the first and second testing) and section of neurorehabilitation (the third and four testing), Kaunas University of Medicine.
