Medical staff motivation and job satisfaction at a public or private primary health care institutions

The aim of the study is to explore public and private health care by medical staff views on their work motivation and job satisfaction. Objectives of the study are the following: 1. To investigate the medical staff views on their motivation.2. To investigate the medical staff views on job satisfaction and its relevance factors. 3. Compare public and private primary health care facilities working for the medical staff opinion about their motivation and job satisfaction. The methodology of the research is the following:The object of the research is the private and public institutions employee motivation and job satisfaction influencing factors. The method of the research is an anonymous questionnaire survey of medical staff (n=152). Survey results were analyzed using SPSS for Windows version 11.0 statistical data packet.
