The Master study‘s theme is „Cow’s milkiness and the composition of milk dinamics in Lithuania during the last decade“. I did literature analysis of various factors influence on the milkiness capacity, milk fat, milk protein and milk quality. It is known that these traits can be affected by many factors. These factors can be: genetics, lactation, the cow‘s health, the age of cow, milking variations, feeding, illness (mastitis), excitement of the cow prior to or during milking, improper milking techniques. The Lithuanian cow‘s milk production (the milk capacity, milk fat) increases every year, because there is made a good selection on Lithuanian cows. The milk protein increases or decreases at the same time
