Aim of the study. To evaluate the patients' opinion about the elements of the marketing mix for the Kaunas City X Dental Clinic. Objectives: 1. To disclose internal and external factors consumer of behavior. 2. To analyze the marketing mix tools on the dental clinic patient’s behavior. 3. To set the patients' attitude to the marketing tools used in Kaunas City X Dental Clinics, to reveal a link from satisfaction to loyalty. Methods.
