The aim of research – to identify and analyse the main factors that determine the occurance of burnout syndrome among doctors providing medical care. Tasks of research: 1. Based on the analysis of scientific literature to analyze the concept of burnout syndrome, symptoms, burnout syndrome determinants and measures of burnout syndrome prevention; 2.
