The aim and objectives The goal of the analysis has been to estimate the distant results of rectum T1 adenocarcinomas local excisions after performed transanal endoscopic operations. In order to achieve this goal there has been a need to solve these objectives: 1. To survey demographic features of the studied group; 2. To determine the correlation of preoperative MRI results with histological study findings. 3. To estimate the correlation between the size of tumor and its differentiation level. 4. To determine the frequency of recurrence among the patients after transanal local adenocarcinomas excisions. Material and methods There were 28 patients involved in this analysis. They had TEO operations performed from January 1st of 2013 to December 31st of 2015 in the Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences (LSMU) Kauno klinikos, Surgery department. The information was collected from personal health records and case-histories. The analysis of the data was done using statistical data analysis package SPSS 22.0.
