Objective: To analyze the evolution of the different varieties of buckwheat leaves and stems collected phenolic acids, and the cultivation of buckwheat in organic and intensive cropping system. Objectives: 1. According to scientific data, to select the most suitable for thin-layer chromatography method qualitative and quantitative analysis of the raw buckwheat plant. 2. Selected by thin layer chromatography method to carry out the identification of phenolic acids and determine the quantities of buckwheat in the samples. 3. Compare the quantitative generate results between different varieties of buckwheat stems and leaves. 4. Compare quantitative results between different cropping systems grown buckwheat varieties. Results and conclusions: After the different systems for four different cultivated varieties of buckwheat leaves and stems of quantitative and qualitative analysis of high-performance thin-layer chromatography revealed that the collected phenolic acid content varies depending on the plant variety and cropping systems, which have been grown. Qualitative analysis was identified as chlorogenic acid. Detail analysis of the results, it can be said that the intensive agricultural system grown buckwheat leaves and stems accumulate greater quantities of phenolic acids.
