Aim of an assay – evaluate a specialized training program effect for gymnast’s lower back pain, activeness of deep body`s muscle activation and motion control in the lumbar – pelic region. Objectives of an assay: 1. To analyse and evaluate the gymnasts’ lower back pain before and after specialized training program. 2. To analyse and evaluate the gymnasts’ midsection endurance before and after specialized training program. 3. To analyse and evaluate gymnasts’ ability to activate midsection muscles before and after specialized training program. 4. To analyse and evaluate the gymnasts’ lumbar – pelvic motion control before and after specialized training program.
