Evaluation of clinical features and risk factors in juvenile Graves' ophthalmopathy

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the features of juvenile Graves' ophthalmopathy and identify the risk factors that may influence the development of the disease. The objectives of the study were as follows: 1. To determine the reference norms of exophthalmometry and limits of their values in Lithuanian children and young adults according to gender and age. 2. To evaluate and compare the demographic, lifestyle and clinical characteristics in patients with juvenile Graves' ophthalmopathy and only with Graves' disease (withaut clinical features of ophthalmopathy). 3. To determine the characteristics of juvenile Graves' ophthalmopathy and compare them with the data of ophthalmologic investigations in patients with Graves' disease. 4. To identify factors associated with the development of juvenile Graves' ophthalmopathy. 5.
