The aim – to research the influence of public pharmacy services on women’s quality of life during menopause.The main negative symptoms of menopause, negatively affecting the quality of life of women are hot flushes (68%), sweating (67%), mood disorders (54.5%), insomnia (44.5%), sexual dysfunction (17.3%). 83% of the respondents used medicines to treat symptoms of menopause. 67% of women treated with natural products, 16% used PHT therapy, 17 % did not use any therapy. 94% of women taking medicines did not feel side effects. Only 44% of respondents were advised by pharmacists for side effects.
