Aim of the study: To find out how IT specialists self-rate health and reveal their opinion about motivating factors to health promotion. Methods: The object of the research is IT specialists from X office. During the anonymous survey 81 IT specialists had been questioned (response 79,4 %). The results obtained were analyzed using SPSS statistics 20 for Windows programme. Chi-Quadrat-Test () was used in hypothesis testing for correlation. Results: 70,4% IT specialists self-rate health as good. 67,9% males and 76,0% females self-rate health as good. 1,8% males self-rate health as bad.
