Aim of the study.To assess the approach of health care professionals on adverse events (AI) reports and registration in multiprofile hospitals. Objectives: l. To investigate health professionals' view on quality of care. 2. Identify health care professionals approach on adverse events reporting and registration. 3. Evaluate the attitude of health professionals to health care quality improvement and prevention of adverse events. Methods: An anonymous questionnaire survey conducted in 2011, August – October.
