The aim of the research - to evaluate the effectiveness of progressive muscle relaxation on pain intensity, emotional status and musculoskeletal system functional status in patients suffering from lower back pain. Goals: 1. To evaluate pain intensity in the research and control groups before and after physical therapy. 2. To evaluate emotional state in the research and control groups before and after physical therapy. 3.
