The study was carried out at Lithuanian health sciences university psychiatric clinic where he was seen depression in patients with occupational therapy needs. The study included 71 person: 83.1% (n = 59) women and 16.9% (n = 12) of men suffering from depression. The sample consisted of 19 to 78 years age. Average age was 51.88 ± 1.56 years. It was found that subjects most independent of the following activities: personal hygiene 92%, 88% searching for help, taking care of your health 88%, the financial management of 82%, 81% eating skills, self-care 80% transport and the use of 80%.
