The aim of study: evaluate the stress experienced by nurses working in children‘s diseases departments. The tasks of research: 1. To evaluate the environment of nurses work. 2. To identify the reasons of stress experienced by nurses. 3. To find out what signs and health disorders feel nurses when experience stress at work. 4. To identify the elements which help to cope with stress. The methods of research: questionnaire survey and statistic analysis of data. To realize the survey was formed the anonymous questionnaire.
