The aim of the study. To assess alcohol-depended patients’ satisfaction with the services provided within psychiatric hospital. Methodology. Anonymous questionnaires have been used in Kaunas Hospital. 168 pacients were surveyed in 2010, in the period of September – November. Statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS ver. 17.0 and MS Exsel. Results. Pacients aged 18 and older participated in the research. 41,7 % of the surveyed pacients were women, 58,9 % - village people. Most of the respondents had secondary education (38,7 %.).
