This master’s thesis consists of literature review and research part. Customer experience and two customer experience metrics will be discussed in literature review. The chosen metrics are Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Customer Effort Score (CES). Consumer behavior and consumer buying behavior will be reviewed beside customer experience. In the research part factors related to customer’s customer experience in operator’s store and web page will be examined.
