Industries have surpassed the line between offering either products or services, and the vogue is to provide comprehensive and memorable experiences to consumers. For this, various fields of study have developed methods for consumer satisfaction measurement and consumer experience development. However, for all the attention received, the practical applications are surprisingly divergent between these concepts.
