This Master's thesis focuses on well-being preferences of Generation Y employees working in multinational corporations. This study is a single case study of which the case company is Danske Bank Oyj. The thesis looks for answers for the work well-being preferences of Generation Y employees working in multinational corporations and seeks to identify the characteristics related to Generation Y as employees, especially; how to maintain the interest of the Generation Y employees and to engage them into the organization.
