Although changes within an organizations are important for the organization’s livelihood, these changes can affect many aspects of employee behavior. Therefore, this paper examines the impact of employee attitudes toward organizational change on employees trust , job satisfaction and job commitment. Research was conducted on Qatari public sector organizations.
