Hubungan Kecemasan dan Aktivitas Fisik dengan Kehidupan Seksual pada Wanita Menopause di Kelurahan Sajen Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Trucuk I Kabupaten Klaten

Menopause is a condition that caused the cessation of menstrual disorders estrogen production. These conditions lead to several physical-biological disorder. The emergence of these disorders can interfere with sexual aspects of menopausal women. In general, menopause occurs at age 40-55 years and the average age of 47 years. Sub Trucuk is a district that has a population of women aged 45-59 years most of Insist. Case in postmenopausal women with complaints regarding sexual life has never been found. To allow for the occurrence of anxiety and physical activity related to sexual life in postmenopausal women significantly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between anxiety and physical activity with sexual life in postmenopausal women in the work area Puskesmas Trucuk I Klaten. This research surveys the approaches explanatory Cross Sectional Study. The entire female population aged 45-59 years in the urban village of 495 people Sajen. Sampling was done by simple random sampling gained 81 people. The process of data retrieval is done by filling out the questionnaire. The statistical test used is descriptive test, ANOVA test and Spearman rank correlation test. The results obtained by the respondents did not experience anxiety (98.8%), moderate levels of physical activity (56.8%) and sexual life in postmenopausal women is not normal (74.1%). From the results of this study concluded that there was no association between anxiety premises sexual life by Spearman rank correlation test with p = 0.158 (p> 0.05), physical activity linked to sexual life through Anova test with p = 0.013 (p < 0.05). Suggestions of this research is part of Maternal and Child Health Center Trucuk I work with the Village Sajen especially PKK members to arrange the socialization of anxiety and physical activity related to sexual life in postmenopausal women in the PKK regular meetings and provide consultation sessions regarding sexual life changes during run menopaus
