This paper is to discuss the productive phase of landscape through tourism with the case of the Kinkaseki Mine where was developed during the period Japanese occupied, and being touristic places since 1990s. For this paper, landscape is not only material things, but also simultaneously constitutions through social, cultural, and political process including the term struggle, strife, impingement, conspiracy, and negotiation.
