Effects Of Concrete Compenents On Plastic Shrinkage Cracking

Betonun kompleks yapısından dolayı plastik rötreyi etkileyen bir çok mekanizma vardır. Yapılan çalışmada; aynı türden farklı geometriye sahip iki polipropilen lifin plastik rötre çatlağını önleme performansı, farklı agrega granülometrilerinin plastik rötre çatlağına etkisi ve agrega granülometrisinin liflerin performansına etkisi araştırılmıştır. ASTM C 1579 ve ICC-ES AC217 standartları yöntemin ana hattını oluşturmuştur.Plastic shrinkage occurs within a few hours after fresh concrete formed and it takes part on the surface of the concrete. Because of concrete's complex structure, there are many mechanisms which effect the plastic shrinkage. In research, plastic shrinkage cracking prevention performance of two polypropylene fibers which have different geometries, effect of different aggregate granulometry on plastic shrinkage cracking and effect of aggregate granulometry on fibers' performance were researched.
