Purpose: This poster examines the initial development and integration of instruction about data information literacy on a small, liberal-arts college campus in collaboration with the Institutional Review Board. Setting/Participants/Resources: The Jane Bancroft Cook Library at New College of Florida has a science librarian serving as a member of the Institutional Review Board. Brief Description: While serving as a member of the Institutional Review Board (IRB), the librarian noticed a lack of campus knowledge and consensus about data management standards.
