This study proposed to understand how the reform in action management for the Polytechnic and Integrated High School happens on the school floor trying to verifying the (im) possibilities to improve the educational, focusing, in this context, a special attention to Physical Education. The research was a qualitative case study in which that took as base the Dialectical-Historical-Materialist approach through a "triangulation" process with the use of different data sources, assuming essential links existing with a macro-reality, mainly in the case study that wants to know deeply an unit.
