Based on the problematic of determination of public politics for the inclusion of students with disabilities, with global development disorders and high abilities or giftedness in regular schools, the research sought analyze the characteristics of the inclusion process of students with disabilities and global developmental disorders in two public schools in the city of Pelotas, seeking to investigate how they face the concreteness of the presence of these students on than stipulate public politics.
