International audienceThe contribution covers the history of the Italian transmission of the Liber glossarum, from the oldest manuscript produced in the Milan area, the Ambrosiano B 36 inf. dating back to the IX century, to the Vat. Lat. 1461-1462 written and decorated in Tuscany, and later acquired by Pope Sixtus IV in 1477.
