International audienceThe paper analyzes the expression of reference to the future in the past in two French related creoles, mauritian and haitian. In both languages, the conditional is expressed by a combination of anterior tense and prospective aspect. Thus, ulteriority in the past is expressed by a diversity of morphological means.L'article analyse les moyens d'expression de l'ultériorité dans le passé dans deux créoles français, le mauricien et le haïtien. Dans les deux langues, le conditionnel est exprimé par une combinaison du temps antérieur et de l'expression du prospectif . De ce fait, l'ultériorité dans le passé s'exprime par divers moyens morphologiques
