National audienceWith the exception of the workplace friendships approach, most of the research work in management on friendship ties focuses mainly on their impact on the functioning of organizations. Being included in separate fields of research, these studies fail to provide a fully contextualized vision of the interactions between friendship ties and work ties in organizations.
