Etude de l'impact des évolutions de classification auprès des établissements de santé de secteur privé

National audienceThis article provides a reflexion regarding the evolution of classification allowing the tariffing of the French Diagnosis Related Group starting from the data of the French case-mix. Our reasoning did not only have the objective to measure the differences between both classifications, but also to describe more generally the classification impacts on health institutions of the existence of a classifying effect. In this context we brang out main lines of which some are in relation with the evolution V7.9 /V7.10 and of witch the others are about the analysis of the choices made in the classifications. Among these last ones we studied the segmentation effects provided by the French DRG specification linked or not to the comorbidity or complication (CC).Cet article propose une réflexion relative à l'évolution de la classification permettant la tarification des GHM à partir des données du programme médicalisé du système d'information (PMSI) français. Dans ce contexte nous avons retenu certaines pistes de réflexion dont certaines sont relatives à l'évolution V7.9 /V7.10 et d'autres plus particulières sur l'analyse des choix arbitrés au sein des classifications. Parmi ces dernières nous avons étudié l'effet de segmentation apporté par la spécification des GHM liés selon la présence ou non des comorbidités associées sévères (CMAS)
