[[abstract]]The purpose of this essay is to explore the experiences and feelings of spiritual leadership in the social work,from views of supervisors and social worker. The theory of empowerment and the possible measures or methods to promote spiritual leadership by institutions or organizations are core issues. Six social workers and supervisors from the public sector and sub-contractual are selected as research objects. We come to conclusions such as follow: 1. Positive leadership with spiritual level brings much more motivation, satisfaction and energy, 2. Empowerment has positive effects, so that social workers earn trust, identity and sense of cooperation, which contributes to the professionality of social workers and the social work p...
